Preorders

When you purchase a preorder item, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock but expected to arrive on a future date.

Release dates and expected shipping windows are always listed on the product page.

Please note:

• All preorder sales are final.

• Cancellations are not allowed for preorder items.

• If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order will ship together once all items are available.

• If delays occur due to manufacturer or distributor changes, we will update customers as soon as we receive new information.
